We Attended the Opening of Cafe Healthy Life

A promotion program for gluten-free products was organized by Muş Municipality.

Muş Mayor Feyat Asya, Advisors to the Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar and Assist. Prof. Dr. Ender Can Dönmez, Deputy Mayors Abdullah Avcı, Aydın Özarslan, Muş Public Bread Factory Manager Suat Bulut, Muş Celiac Association President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Züleyha Almaz, celiac patients, Cafe Healthy Life managers, Gluten-Free Flavors Workshop participants and children attended the event organized.

In the course opened by the Muş Public Education Center Directorate, trainings were given to mothers and Cafe Healthy Life personnel for the preparation of low-protein and gluten-free products. The products prepared in the training were introduced. Muş Mayor Feyat Asya stated that they will cooperate with the district governorates of Muş to distribute the prepared products and gluten-free breads to Celiac patients free of charge. In addition, Asya thanked our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican and his team, who were instrumental in presenting this project, which was prepared under the leadership of our university, to the public in terms of social responsibility.
