ISO 27001 Surveillance Audit Successfully Completed
In line with its goal of complying with international standards in information security, the IT Department successfully completed the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) surveillance audit on October 8, 2025.
During the audit, the university’s information security procedures, risk management practices, access controls, and system security processes were comprehensively evaluated. The results confirmed once again Muş Alparslan University’s strong commitment to ensuring information security, protecting data, and pursuing continuous improvement.
In line with its vision of providing students, academic staff, and administrative personnel with a secure, sustainable, and digitally adaptive IT infrastructure, Muş Alparslan University continues to steadfastly maintain full compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Commenting on the achievement, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican stated:

Our university, through its information security policies aligned with international standards, both protects stakeholder data and demonstrates its commitment to building a secure academic ecosystem in an increasingly digital world.
