Visit to our Rector from Cookery Programme Students

Head of the Department of Cookery Programme of our university, Lecturer Hüsnü Kasar and his students visited our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican in his office as part of a special visit and held a meeting full of taste and information. 

During the visit, Head of Department Kasar gave detailed information about the educational activities of the Cookery Programme, student projects and cooperation with the sector. The students made various presentations to Rector Alican about the achievements of their departments and served specially prepared delicious products such as Souffle, Macaron, Mousee, Mushroom Chicken Quiche, Mille Feuille, Croissant. This special event was an important platform not only for sharing academic knowledge but also for students to showcase their hand skills and creativity.

Rector's advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper was also present during the visit and contributed to this pleasant interaction. This meeting, full of flavor and knowledge, once again emphasized the success of our university in different fields.
