Reception for the 100th Anniversary of the Turkish Republic Held in Muş

The 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic that has been celebrated with various events in our city for days was commemorated last night with a reception hosted by Muş Governor Avni Çakır.

The 29 October Republic Day Reception, hosted by our Governor Avni Çakır and his wife Bahar Çakır, took place at Muş Teachers' Center. The reception welcomed many guests including Mayor Feyat Asya, Garrison Commander Colonel Ali Osman Sağlam, Chief Public Prosecutor Hüseyin Kantar, President of the High Criminal Court İbrahim Karlı, MAUN Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican and his wise Dr. Songül Alican, MAUN Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nihat İnanç, Deputy Governors Hasan Taş, Cihat Abukan and Mustafa Batuhan Alpboğa, Malazgirt District Governor Göksu Bayram, Varto District Governor Musa Ayyıldız, Bulanık District Governor Oğuzhan Ocak, Malazgirt Mayor Cengiz Altın, MAUN Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Yaşar Karadağ and Prof. Dr. Kenan Yıldırım, MAUN Rector Advisor Assoc. Dr. Mehmet Özalper and Deputy Secretary General Uğur İnan Kaki, Dr. Fatih Şevgin, members of the provincial protocol, institution directors, military and civilian officials, and political party and NGO representatives

  The guests offered their congratulations to Governor Avni Çakır and his wise Bahar Çakır on the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic. Afterwards, the 100th anniversary cake was cut by our Governor and his wife, and served to the guests. The reception ended after taking a photo for the commemoration of the day.
