Plaques Awarded to the Most Successful Academics of Our University
The Rector, Fethi Ahmet Polat, received the academics who ranked in the top three in the 2022 Academic Incentive Payment Ranking in his office and presented them with plaques and gifts, wishing them continued success.
In accordance with the "Academic Incentive Regulation" put into effect by the Council of Higher Education to encourage academic work and activities of teaching staff, the Rector welcomes and awards the top three faculty members who achieved success university-wide, in his office.
As a result of the evaluations carried out by the university's "Academic Incentive Regulation, Inspection, and Objection Commission", Mehmet Türkmen, a faculty member of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, who published the most academic work such as articles, projects, and presentations in his field, ranked first. Mehmet Karaman of the Faculty of Applied Sciences ranked second, and Zeliha Tekin of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences ranked third. Congratulating the academics on their achievements, Rector Polat stated that this achievement was pleasing for the university.
Emphasizing that valuable scientists nationwide serve in our university, Rector Polat expressed that as an administration, they will continue to support successful academics in the future, as they have done in the past.
