Our University Hosted an Event for Veterans' Day
In honor of Veterans' Day on September 19th, an event was organized at the guesthouse of Muş Alparslan University by the Provincial Governorship.
The event, hosted by our university, was attended by Muş Governor Avni Çakır, his wife Bahar Çakır, Deputy Governor Hasan Taş, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Colonel Mehmet Kasım Ermiş, Chief Public Prosecutor Hüseyin Kantar, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Yıldırım, Justice Commission Chairperson İbrahim Karlı, Police Chief Serkan Karaman, Rector's Advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, provincial protocol members, veterans, families of martyrs, and members of the press.
The program began with a recitation of the Quran, followed by speeches by Governor Avni Çakır explaining the significance of the day. After the meal, the program concluded with prayers for our revered martyrs.
