Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican paid a visit to the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, within the context of his engagements in Ankara, paid a visit to our Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak, along with our Member of Parliament from Muş, Mehmet Emin Şimşek.

During this meaningful visit, our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Kenan Yıldırım, and our Rector's Advisor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, were also present. To start, they discussed the KYK Dormitories in Muş. Within this framework, they engaged in discussions about possible adjustments that can be put into effect to enhance the efficiency of student dormitories in our city, with a special focus on KYK Dormitories. Another topic that was addressed during the meeting was the improvement of venues in our city where young people can enhance themselves in a sports context. In this regard, they discussed concrete steps that could be taken to increase the number of sports facilities throughout our city and elevate the capacity and quality of existing sports facilities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, our Rector presented his works on the historical subjects of Muş and Malazgirt, which bear his signature, to our Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak. These works included 'Muş History,' 'Malazgirt Victory: A Thousand-Year Legacy,' and 'Malazgirt Diaries.'
