Our Rector Met with High School Students!
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, Rector Advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, Rector Advisor Dr Mustafa Yaşar, KARGEM Director Dr. Faculty Member Teymur Erol, KARGEM Deputy Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Salih Gülen, Technical Sciences Vocational School Director Dr. Faculty Member Fatih Şevgin met with students at Şehit Davut Karaçam Girls Anatolian Imam Hatip High School within the scope of Monthly Career Talks.
Our Rector, who gave a lecture on "A Youth Taking Its Inspiration from History", emphasised that history and historical events should be well analysed and lessons should be learned, the events that occur globally should be followed and the repetition in the historical process should be analysed.
In addition, our Rector, who also touched upon the Palestinian issue in the historical process, emphasised that a good stance should be developed on this issue.
In the question-answer part of the interview, he gave suggestions to the students about reading books and being a good reader and gave examples of the books he recommended them to read.
