Our Faculty Member's TUBITAK 3501 Project was Accepted!

Faculty Member of the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of our University, Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Necattin Cihat İçyer's 3501 project titled "Production of Fractions Containing High Phosphotidylcholine from Sunflower Lecithin and Investigation of the Possibilities of Use to Improve the Rheological Properties of Chocolate" submitted to TUBITAK was entitled to receive 750 thousand TL support.

Prof. Dr. Nevzat Konar from Ankara University, Dr. Lecturer Halime Pehlivanoğlu from Namık Kemal University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Said Toker and Dr. Lecturer Fatih Bozkurt from Yıldız Technical University. Prof. Dr. Fatih Bozkurt from Yıldız Technical University take part in this project team, which will contribute to the academic literature and industry in the fields of Oil Refining Technology, Chocolate Production Technology.
