Our Academic's Overseas Project Supported by TÜBİTAK

Süleyman Yıldız, a lecturer at our university's Electricity and Energy Department of Technical Sciences Vocational School, will continue his research at the University of Liège in Belgium under the TÜBİTAK 2214/A Overseas Doctorate Research Scholarship Program.
Yıldız stated, "This research is planned as part of my doctoral thesis titled 'New and Innovative Control Design for Isolated Power Systems.' Compared to the work I have done so far in my doctoral thesis, this project will provide me with the opportunity to test and verify my research in real-time simulation systems."
Yıldız, who also emphasized the benefits of the research for our province and university, said, "With this project, we will investigate a micro-grid structure that is suitable for the farm concept and its new and innovative control structure. I believe that the knowledge and experience I will gain from this project will form the basis for new projects that will be carried out in collaboration with the European Union, the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), and the Eastern Anatolia Development Agency (DAKA)."
