MAUN Student wins Gold Medal in Greco-Roman Wrestling

Murat Fırat, a student from the Trainer Education Department of the university, won the gold medal in the Grand Prix Zagreb Open Greco-Roman Wrestling Tournament

In addition to Turkey, Greco-Roman teams from twenty-two countries participated in the two-day Grand Prix Zagreb Open Tournament. At the end of the competitions, Turkey became the champion of the Grand Prix Zagreb Open 2022 by winning 12 medals and collecting 180 points.  The student, Murat Fırat, made the university proud by winning a gold medal in the 67 kg category.
