MAUN Rector Mustafa Alican's Visit Strengthens Regional Collaboration at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University

In the course of his programs in Van, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican paid a visit to the Rectorate of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University.

During his visit within the framework of his programs in Van, Rector Mustafa Alican met with the Rector of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah Şevli. The visit, which took place in the context of the launch meeting of the Eastern Anatolia Career Fair (DAKAF24) scheduled for January 3-4, 2024, involved discussions on steps to enhance regional university relationships with the participation of rectors from partner universities attending the fair. Rector Hamdullah Şevli presented traditional motif-patterned carpets of Van as gifts to the visiting rectors, including MAUN Rector, who was accompanied by Advisor to Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper. In return, Rector Mustafa Alican presented a plaque bearing MAUN’s emblem as a gift to Rector Şevli. The visit proved fruitful in fostering collaboration among regional universities.
