Korkmazer's Meaningful Visit to the Rector

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fuat Korkmazer, the Head of the Health Management Department at the Faculty of Health Sciences, along with Dr. Faysal Şeker, the Coordinator of Organ and Tissue Transplantation at Muş State Hospital, visited the Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican in his office.

The awareness of diseases that can only be treated through organ and tissue transplantation, and efforts to raise awareness among our students and fellow citizens, were the main topics of discussion during this visit. Rector Alican inquired about the initiatives taken to increase awareness of organ and tissue transplantation in our city. Additionally, in this meeting, they exchanged ideas regarding activities and awareness programs that could be organized under the leadership of our university as part of the "Organ and Tissue Donation Week," celebrated nationwide between November 3rd and 9th each year.
