In-Service Training Programs Completed

Between January 31 and May 18, 2023, in-service training programs were provided to the MAUN personnel in 21 different fields.

The trainings, covering the topics determined based on personnel requests as a result of surveys conducted within the scope of MAUN's quality improvement efforts, were delivered by MAUN staff and some provincial directorates. The trainings were attended by managers, civil servants, cleaning and security personnel, as well as security guards.
The trainings were organized with the aim of informing the personnel and managers about the changing and evolving working conditions. In-service training programs aimed to provide the necessary information for personnel to be more effective and efficient in their work areas, and to develop their skills and behaviors. Workshops were also organized to improve communication and coordination among personnel. Newly appointed personnel were also informed about the university's general objectives and policies, structure, as well as their own duties, authorities, and responsibilities.

Secretary General Harun Demir, who made a statement regarding the matter, said, "Taking into account the demands of our personnel and with the contribution of our provincial directorates, we believe that these in-service training programs will enhance the success, value, and prestige of our university in the region and the personnel in their work. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to these trainings."
