With 336 thousand heads of cattle, 7 thousand heads of buffalo, and 1 million 25 thousand heads of sheep and goats, this region is one of the regions in Turkey. In this respect, the soybean legume fodder plant for silage is an important plant that binds the nitrogen of the air to the soil and enriches the soil with nitrogen thanks to the Rhizobium bacteria in its roots. Planted on May 29, 2023, and planted at a row spacing of 70 centimeters with 10 kilograms per decare. It reaches maturity in about 100 days. This plant is expected to yield approximately 2 to 4 tons per decare. It is an important legume forage plant with 18% crude protein in green grass, 16-18% in silage, and 36-40% in seed.
The harvest ceremony ended with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the producers.
