Harput Music Concert at our University
Fırat University State Conservatory enchanted the listeners with the "Harput Music Concert" at the event held in 1071 Malazgirt Congress and Culture Center.
The team consisting of Fırat University State Conservatory lecturers and students received great applause from the audience with their beautiful pieces of Harput music.
There was a broad participation in the event. Administrators of our university, local government, NGOs, academics, and students at our university attended the concert.
Vice Rector Çaydaş expressed his satisfaction with the event: “The Harput concert is very important in the regional sense today. Here we wanted to introduce Harput music to our academics, administrative staff, and students. The hall is full, and we will continue such social activities as much as we can in the next period.”
Members of the State Conservatory Ahmet Yüce and Ahmet Tevfik Yücesu received gifts and plaques from the Vice Rectors.
