AI Project by Our Graduate Student Reaches TÜBİTAK Finals and Receives Investment Offer from French Government

A software project developed by İzzet Koçer, a graduate student in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at our university, has reached the finals of the TÜBİTAK BİGG3İN programme. The project, which breaks new ground globally, is accessible via kararcı.com and has also received an investment offer from the French government.

Koçer, who specializes in artificial intelligence and algorithmic law, garnered significant attention for the innovative project he developed during his master’s studies at Muş Alparslan University. His application, Kararcı, offers a novel solution in the area of decision support systems and algorithmic law, and has generated interest in both academic and entrepreneurial circles.

Expressing his gratitude, Koçer said: “The scientific and academic support I received at Muş Alparslan University, where I am proud to be a student, played a major role in my success. I believe this project will inspire young people and be a source of pride for our university.” He also extended special thanks to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, for his continued support.
