Taste Feast from our Preschool Teaching Department Students: Traditional Muş Cuisine was introduced

Muş Alparslan University Preschool Teaching Department 2nd year students introduced Muş cuisine within the scope of "Traditional Children's Games" course under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Demir Öztürk.

 

The students explained in detail the preparation, history, stories and presentations of dishes such as "Muş Meatballs, Çorti, Kırçikli Stuffed Kelem, Helimaşı Soup, Hez (Stuffed Hasut), Keşkek, Çavbelek, Mırtöge, Güllük Bread, Herse and Teter Halva", which are among the original flavors of Muş Region.

 

The event was held in the Faculty of Education Flexible Classroom with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Yaşar Karadağ, Prof. Dr. Kenan Yıldırım, Rector's advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, Secretary General Harun Demir, department professors and students. This special event provided students with the opportunity to recognize and share traditional values, while also highlighting the richness of Muş cuisine.
