"Cornerstones of Transformation from Modern to Postmodern in Art" Seminar was held at Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School
The seminar programme titled "The Cornerstones of the Transformation from Modern to Postmodern in Art", organised in cooperation with Muş Alparslan University Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Department of Handicrafts and Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School, was held with a great participation in Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School Conference Hall.
In the seminar presented by Dr. Abdulkadir Öznülüer, one of the experienced teachers of the Handicrafts Department, important information about the changes and transformations in the history of art was presented to the students of Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School. While the students were informed about the transformations in the art world during the presentation, they had an impressive experience with Dr. Öznülüer's experience and knowledge. In the seminar programme, which was attended by the management and education staff of Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School, as well as the students and Lecturer Emre Koç, the lecturer of the Handicrafts Department, a comprehensive presentation was made to the young artist candidates about the main factors that enable the transition from the modern art period to the contemporary art period in the history of art.
Participants had the opportunity to better understand and evaluate this important transformation in the art world. Vocational School of Technical Sciences Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatih Şevgin said: "I would like to thank our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, who contributed to the organization of this important seminar programme and to Dr. Abdulkadir Öznülüer for his valuable presentation and contributions. Such events emphasise the importance of the cooperation between our university and Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School and enable us to develop joint projects in both artistic and cultural fields. I wish this cooperation to continue, and I would like to thank everyone who contributed again." After the seminar, a meeting was held between Muş Alparslan University and Muş Şehit Yücel Kurtoğlu Fine Arts High School for the continuation of activities to develop cooperation in artistic and cultural fields. This decision is expected to lead to new and productive collaborations in the field of art and culture in the region, especially in Muş.
