We Attended the ERASMUS Meetings

Lecturer Yahya Adanır, Institutional Coordinator of  Erasmus+ Program, attended Erasmus meetings held in Afyon and Eskişehir.

The first meeting titled "Erasmus+ Higher Education KA131 Mobility Project Management Meeting" was held on 21-22 November 2023 at Afyon Kocatepe University. At the meeting attended by Erasmus Office officials of all universities in Turkey, presentations on “2023 Evaluation and Current Developments, Innovations in the 2023 Application Handbook, Inclusion Strategy, Inclusion Support, Green Travel, Erasmus Application Portal, Erasmus Dashboard, EWP, OLA, ESI, Blended Intensive Programs, Problems Frequently Encountered in Final Reports and Problems Encountered in Audits” were held.

The second meeting titled "Erasmus+Higher Education KA171 Project Information Meeting" was held on November 23, 2023 at Eskişehir Technical University. The meeting, attended by officials from the Erasmus Offices of universities in Turkey, was held with intense participation. At the meeting, information was given on the KA171 budget, evaluation of application and acceptance figures, general information, innovations in the program, issues to be considered and filling out the application form. Within the scope of the meeting, which continued in a panel format throughout the day, experiences regarding the preparation and writing process of the KA171 project were also shared. While the participants found answers to their questions in the question-answer sections held after each session, the meeting with intense participation ended after the photo shoot.
