Seventh Local and Regional Broadcasters Meeting Takes Place
The "Seventh Local and Regional Broadcasters Meeting," organized by RTÜK, was held at the Bursa-Muş Brotherhood Youth and Education Center in Muş.
The program kicked off with an opening speech by RTÜK Acting Chairman Orhan Kardaş. The event saw the participation of key figures such as Muş Governor Avni Çakır, Mayor Feyat Asya, Muş Alparslan University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Yıldırım, as well as protocol members. In addition to Muş Alparslan University's Press-Publication and Public Relations Directorate staff, Communication Faculty academic staff, and Visual-Audio Techniques and Media Production Department academic staff from the School of Social Sciences, numerous broadcasters from surrounding cities and districts also attended the event.
During the first session of the program, Aydın Demir, the Head of the Permissions and Allocations Department, shared detailed technical information about the functioning of RTÜK, providing important insights to the participants. Following this, Burak Ulubay, the Head of the Viewer Evaluation Department, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the activities of the department. The first session concluded with a presentation by Deputy Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs Cansel Bağış on basic activities, followed by a presentation by Oğuzhan Dağ, Deputy Head of Public Broadcasting Research and Measurement Department.
The second session of the program involved an interactive question and answer section, allowing participants to directly engage with RTÜK, fostering a more in-depth exchange of information. This meeting provided an opportunity for positive communication between regional and local media and RTÜK, actively sharing and discussing developments in the sector.
