Our Rector attended the "2023-2024 Winter Preparations Evaluation Meeting"

Muş Governorate hosted the heads of relevant institutions at the "2023-2024 Winter Preparations Evaluation Meeting" and reviewed the measures and traffic measures for the winter period.

The meeting was organised by the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) under the chairmanship of Mr Avni Çakır, Governor of Muş. During the meeting, the heads of the relevant institutions came together in order to foresee the negative situations that may be encountered during the winter months and to create an effective response plan. Precautions and traffic measures to be taken throughout our province were discussed and it was aimed to ensure effective coordination. In addition to Governor Avni Çakır, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, Secretary General Harun Demir and the provincial protocol attended the meeting held at the Disaster Situation Coordination Centre by the Governorship of Muş. In line with the decisions taken at the meeting, important steps were taken to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the relevant institutions.
