A meeting was held regarding the establishment of a Dairy Farm for Milk Production in the Bulanık District

​​​​​​A meeting was held at the Bulanık District Governorship to establish a boutique dairy farm in line with the evaluation of the milk produced in the Bulanık district.

The meeting was attended by the Bulanık District Governor Mr. Oğuzhan Ocak, the Rector of Muş Alparslan University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, Rector's Advisors Assoc. Dr. Mehmet Özalper and Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar, Director of Bulanık Vocational School İrşat Sami Yüce, Bulanık District Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Assoc. Dr. Orhan Karadağ and Research Assistant Onur Şahin from the Department of Animal Production and Technologies of the Faculty of Applied Sciences.

Within the scope of the meeting, Muş Alparslan University introduced a comprehensive boutique dairy farm project encompassing R&D, education, and dissemination. Additionally, the establishment of a boutique dairy farm to process dairy products was discussed with the aim of improving the quality and market value of the milk produced in the Bulanık district.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, expressed that "the establishment of a boutique dairy farm for milk processing in the Bulanık district will significantly contribute to increasing the brand value of dairy products and will serve as an important role model for the Eastern Anatolia region."
